12 months contract-to-hire W2 Only, No C2C; Not accepting 3rd party resumes Sponsorship not available at this time SUMMARY OF THE POSITION We are seeking an experienced AEM Developer to join a growing development team.
The ideal candidate will be eager to take on new challenges, support our clients' business objectives, and work in a collaborative manner.
Additionally, candidates should have a strong understanding of web development and experience working with large teams on complex AEM implementations including i18n, Marketo forms, Adobe analytics and personalization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ATTRIBUTES Consult on technical solutions for both internal and external stakeholders Code solutions to meet defined business requirements Engineering leading-edge experiences for clients in a variety of industries, with solutions targeting a variety of customer models Driving the technical culture of company forward as a thought leader among our team Interacting with global clients from diverse marketplaces REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 2 years of professional experience in CQ/AEM development Experience with version 6.3 and above preferred 4 years of Java or equivalent web application programming language (Ruby, Apex, C#, etc.)
If equivalent experience, a willingness to learn Java language Working experience with Sling and OSGi frameworks Experience designing and developing custom AEM components & templates A keen interest in emerging technologies and how they might experience with web services (SOAP, XML-RPC, REST) and APIs Capable of authoring and maintaining technical documentation Experience with packaged solutions delivery desired but not required Programming experience with HTML 5, CSS 3, and JavaScript desired but not required Exceptional time management skills Proactive communicator comfortable sharing feedback and escalating issues Ability to prioritize and multitask across multiple projects Must be effective working independently as well as part of a team Agency & commerce experience desired ECCO Select's Comprehensive Benefits: PTO Paid Holidays 401(k) plan company match Life & Health Employee Assistance Program Our Commitment We would love to have you join our team ECCO Select is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce.
