The Aesthetic NP is a critical member of the Chapter team.
This position is responsible for: delivering a variety of aesthetic treatments with exceptional skill and confidence, including facial injectable treatments and energy based devices; delighting patients with exceptional guest service; supporting and participating in sales and marketing strategies; having up-to-date knowledge about Chapter products and services; and confidently educating patients on the benefits of Chapter products and services.
This position is pivotal in achieving guest satisfaction, retention and word-of-mouth referrals, and will have a significant impact on the ongoing success of Chapter.
Essential Responsibilities Delivers on Chapter's promise of extraordinary results, innovation and safety by upholding all procedures and protocols and participating in advanced education specific to all regulatory agency and Chapter guidelinesMasterful scope of clinic treatmentsMaintains accurate and timely written and photo documentation for each patient interactionUpholds facility standards by assuring all treatment rooms, devices and supplies are organized and cleaned according to established procedures and protocolsConsistently meets and/or exceeds individual key performance metrics (i.e.
average ticket, product sales, rebook, retention goals) by following established consultation and retail systemsEducates all non-members as to benefits of Chapter membership and consistently reinforces benefit of membership to current membersRepresents Chapter Purpose and Values in all circumstancesMay travel to other studios within the territory to assist with staffing needs Requirements/Qualifications Education Level: Nurse PractitionerJob Related/Industry Experience: Licensed to practice in state of assigned territoryA minimum of 2 years experience as an NP and 1 year aesthetics experience preferred.Superior interpersonal and customer service skillsDemonstrated strong sales skills including active listening, effective presenting, and handling objectionsKnowledge of modern office procedures and methods including telephone communications, computer systems, and record-keepingAbility to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervisionAbility to handle and resolve recurring problems
Hourly range $55-$60
