position of After-Hours DX Service Coordination Manager and you will manage the service business by
directing, coordinating, and leading the organization and its activities to
meet customer service expectations.
Your role:
You provide oversight
for technical and service coordinator teams to ensure immediate customer needs
are met
You address issues to
maximize customer loyalty and satisfaction.
You ensure compliance
with FDA Good documentation practices.
You provide guidance on
RSO tools and processes
You are the key contact
for contingency events
You communicate the
value proposition of Siemens service to customers.
You provide general
administrative support for RSO
You prioritize customer
and business objectives to provide clear direction to CSEs.
Your expertise:
BS/BA in related
discipline, or advanced degree, where required, or equivalent combination of
education and experience.
5+ years of successful
experience in a customer relationship service position
Excellent
organizational skills
Superior communication
skills (written and oral) and ability to effectively communicate with
stakeholders at many levels within the organization.
Effectively present
information to co-workers and employee groups, including upper management,
customers at various levels and public representatives.
Professional level
knowledge on using analytical databases and complex Excel workbooks.
Experience in managing
customer interactions preferably in healthcare or medical devices.
Ability to articulate
and explain value of Service Agreement offerings.
Working knowledge of
SAP or experience with equivalent enterprise service software solution
Ability to travel 10%
Schedule:Monday-Friday 5pm-2am Eastern Zone
The pay range for this position is$92,000 - $119,000annually;
however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills,
and experience. The annual incentive target is 8% of base pay.Siemens Healthineers offers a
