Bank Midwest is seeking an Ag/Commercial Lender to join our team in Southwest Minnesota! Must enjoy working in a team environment that values honesty, integrity, and a passion for service and community involvement.
Responsibilities / Duties: Build long-term relationships with business and agricultural clients by providing extensive financial analysis and guidance on business practices. Develop new business, underwriting, structuring, and closing of commercial and/or agricultural loans. Maintain and service existing loan portfolio. Competencies Strong financial analytical skills with ability to provide sound business guidance. Originate, analyze, and service a variety of moderate to complex commercial and/or agricultural loans. Must be successful in sales process and ability to sell bank products and services. Strong self-motivation, relationship-building, and customer focus. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or Economics, or equivalent work experience. Five years Ag and/or Commercial lending experience preferred.
