Responsibilities:- Oversee all pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes and medication safety- Conduct patient assessments and make recommendations for appropriate medication therapy- Manage medical management and utilization review processes- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation- Stay updated on the latest developments in pharmacy practice and incorporate evidence-based medicine into daily practiceSkills:- Strong knowledge of pharmacy practices, including hospital pharmacy operations- Ability to assess patient needs and provide appropriate pharmaceutical care- Proficiency in medical management and utilization management processes- Experience in critical care pharmacy, with a solid understanding of complex medication regimens- Familiarity with utilization review processes to ensure appropriate use of medicationsNote: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
