Full-service ad agency is seeking a full-time Healthcare Account Director! This is a hybrid role that will be onsite 3 days/week (Tuesday-Thursday) in the Somerset County office (easily commutable by train).
The Account Director will:
- Build clients' strategic marketing and advertising plans and ensure production of campaigns
- Brief copywriters, designers, and other internal staff
- Manage budgets of $1-2M
- Direct account management and project management team
- Manage and expand existing client relationships
- Generate new accounts
The Account Director must have:
- 8 years of experience directly managing client relationships, including healthcare/pharma clients focused on CX (vs. HCP)
- 3 years of experience in account management within an ad or marketing agency (not in-house)
- Experience managing both traditional and digital projects such as website design and development, videos, blogs, web promotions, SEM, social media, mobile apps, and more
BONUS: Any experience in patient programs and understanding the patient experience journey to finding the right drug.
