Given our incredible growth, we are looking to add an accomplished and highly motivated Agency Partner to expand and accelerate our media agency growth in North America. Reporting to the VP, NorAm Agency Partnerships, you will drive scalable business growth by leading the relationship with key growth agencies - leading the relationships across executive, operational, social, and activation teams.

Success in this role means establishing strong agency partnerships - evidenced by scaled agency growth (net new revenue & net new client adoption). Critical enablers are: establishing MSA, developing proprietary custom solutions that help both the agency and Smartly grow - ensuring media agencies are maximizing the use of Smartly solutions.

Ultimately this role will drive significant revenue growth with Smartly positioned as a preferred partner.

As an Agency Partner, you will... Develop and execute a comprehensive agency growth strategy to drive spend and platform usage Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships with agencies, measured by increased sales, market share and spend share in an agency Proactively win new business opportunities through robust pipeline management to meet quarterly and annual objectives Navigate and build relationships across complex agency structures (C-Suite, Investment, Client Leadership, Social Activation, etc.) Build and maintain strong relationships with key agency stakeholders & social teams Foster long-term collaborative partnerships with local agencies Confidently communicate and present to agency C-Suite and social activation teams, conveying Smartly's value proposition Acquire and maintain a solid understanding of the value proposition of the platform, as well as the existing and future needs of new prospects and existing customers Coach, enable and partner with agencies to effectively pitch new business, with Smartly as a core value to their service We're looking for you, if you have... 7+ years of sales and business development experience in ad-tech and/or media agencies Experience with Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snap, Google and knowledge of any self-serve platform, auction, or programmatic ad products is a plus Media experience within the NORAM region is preferred Understanding of SaaS ecosystems and its value proposition Proven record of meeting and exceeding quota on a consistent basis Ability to build connections and engage confidently with a variety of audiences, including C-level decision makers, and ideally have strong agency contacts in the region Ability to collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams (product, marketing, engineering, customer success, etc.) Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with agency C-Suite and social activation teams Understanding of agency services, their business models, and the role they play within media and creative industries. Strong spoken and written communication skills in English. Ability to work in our New York office at least 3 days a week (hybrid). Willingness to travel across the NORAM region for meetings, conferences and industry events Perks and Benefits... We take into consideration an individual's background, expertise, and experience in determining final salary.
