Heidelberg Materials is seeking an Aggregate Plant Site Lead to join our team in Enumclaw, WA.
As a Site Lead, you will support plant needs by ensuring a safe and productive work environment.
This position offers the opportunity to operate mobile equipment, maintain plant cleanliness, assist with plant tasks, ensure compliance with regulations, and work cooperatively as part of a productive team.
What You'll Get to Do: Operate mobile equipment on plant property (loader, haul truck, water truck, etc.
) Maintain cleanliness of plant work areas Assist with plant tasks including lubrication, maintenance, repairs Transport materials to and from storage and shop areas Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as company policies and procedures; assist with physical inspections of plant property/departments.
Essential Experience and Skills: Safety First Attitude High school diploma or GED required Desire to work cooperatively as part of a productive team Ability to work safely, and independently without constant supervision Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Capable of learning through on-the-job training Ability to work in extremes of hot and cold weather. In good physical condition, able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs., sit and stand for extended periods of time, kneel, climb ladders, and walk on varied terrain Must be able to work flexible schedule with flexible hours, hours vary; overtime work, weekends, and nights may be required.
Preferred Experience and Skills: Previous experience in an open pit mine Prior experience leading teams would be desirable Experience using plant mobile equipment What We Have to Offer: $35.88 - $51.25 / hour Medical, Dental, Vision, Health Saving Account (HSA), Health Reimbursement Account (HRA), Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Prescription Drug/Pharmacy benefit, AD&D, Short-Term & Long-Term Disability.

Conditions of Employment: Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated on-going drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment: Role operations primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
