Agronomy Manager

Gpac is currently searching for an Agronomy Manager to manage a team at a growing ag retailer. This is going to be a high-level position with tremendous advancement opportunities. Alongside having a strong operations background, some of the other main attributes they are looking for are someone who can be a coach, mentor, and manager of people, providing direction and strategic planning to meet goals.
Sales Responsibilities:
* Prior experience in seed, fertilizer, and chemical sales
* Managing staff or admin, operations, and sales teams
* Developing & managing operating budgets
* Coordinating product deliveries and scheduling chemical application schedules
* Overseeing multiple locations
Agronomy Manager Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience in the Agriculture Industry
* Bachelor's degree in Agronomy or Agriculture related program
* Experience managing an Agronomy Sales team or location
