AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of AI Governance & Strategy Lead. The AI Governance & Strategy Lead is accountable for defining and implementing the AI governance strategy at AGCO. This includes setting up and operating an AI governance framework and collaborating with business owners and Digital data leads. Furthermore, this role works with business owners to define and track success KPIs for each functional area, especially regarding production deployment, accuracy, and value realization. In close collaboration with business owners and other digital technology functions, this role applies process excellence to identify opportunities for AI to automate or improve existing processes. Moreover, in close collaboration with partnering functions like compliance and security, the role is accountable for defining and rolling out policies and guidelines for ethical AI. Finally, the role acts as a change agent and evangelizes the value of highly automated, compliant data management & ethical AI, supporting partnering business functions on their data & AI journey. The role reports to the Sr. Manager, Data Governance Strategy that is in the overall data & AI governance function.
Your Impact Definition and implementation of the AI governance strategy at AGCO.Setting up and operating an enterprise AI governance framework and functional governance councils in collaboration with business owners and Digital technology leads.Updating senior stakeholders on progress regarding strategic AI initiatives.Collaboration with business owners to define and track AI success KPIs for each functional area.Identification of opportunities for AI to automate processes in close collaboration with partnering functions.Definition and roll-out of policies and guidelines for AI in close collaboration with partnering functions like compliance and security.Evangelization of highly automated, compliant data management and ethical AI, driving change to help business functions adopt best-in-class practices.Your Experience and Qualifications Bachelor's DegreeMinimum of 7+ years in implementing Data & AI governance frameworks, preferably in a Global CompanyStrong communication/interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with multiple levels of IT and business managementExpert in advanced writing, verbal, and other presentation skills in EnglishExperience in working with common data governance platforms, e.g. Informatica.Detailed understanding of business process mappingExperience in change management in a global companyExperience in managing global, diverse teams is a plusYour Workplace AGCO is Great Place to Work Certified and has been recognized for delivering exceptional employee experience and a positive workplace culture.
