We are hiring an
AI/Machine Learning Engineer
to work on a pivotal Federal program that is making a positive impact on millions of Americans' daily lives.
What you'll be doing:
As an AI/Machine Learning Engineer, you will lead the development and deployment of advanced machine learning models and AI solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and deliver impactful AI-driven products.
What you'll bring:
7+ years of experience in software and machine learning engineering.
3+ years of experience leading cross-functional AI/ML teams.
Strong knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and transformer models.
Proficiency in Python and experience with ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face Transformers.
Expertise in the end-to-end ML pipeline, including data processing, model training, serving, and monitoring.
Experience in building scalable, cloud-based AI/ML solutions (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Understanding of ethics in AI, including bias mitigation, fairness, PII/PHI data and privacy concerns.
Experience with fine-tuning pre-trained models for specific business use cases.
Familiarity with MLOps best practices, including IaC, CI/CD for ML models, version control for data and models, and performance monitoring.
Strong communication skills for interfacing with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements:
Must be a US Citizen and able to work domestically.
Must be able to attain low-level security clearance.
Education:
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.

Compensation:
At Oddball, it's important each employee is compensated competitively and fairly. In alignment with state legal requirements, a range for the included position is listed below. Be advised, actual offer details are determined by job category, job location, and candidate skill level.
United States Wage Range: $130,000 – $165,000.
