Your Future Role
Take on a new challenge and leverage your expertise in railway development and Artificial Intelligence in a cutting-edge field. You will work with a visionary and dynamic team and play a key role in the integration and deployment of AI in our development cycle. On a daily basis, you will collaborate closely with various teams within the company (Train System, Train Design, etc.), identify areas for improvement and AI use cases, and much more. You will particularly focus on formalizing use cases into AI specifications and tracking the project with Digital Services.
We will call on you to:
Identify and create a list of use cases where AI can enhance our processes.Translate business needs into potential AI techniques and estimate the probability of success.Co-organize the AI development process according to the constraints of each case.Iterate on AI solutions to optimize results.Establish KPIs to monitor and measure the adoption of AI developments.Interact with multiple internal and external stakeholders.Keep your AI knowledge up to date to remain at the forefront of technology.Align with other product lines for the cross-functional use of AI models.Your Profile

A degree in engineering or a relevant field.Minimum 3 years of experience in railway development.Minimum 1 year in management of AI development activities.In-depth knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (Machine Learning, Deep Learning, etc.).Familiarity with engineering processes, methods, and tools.Experience in managing end-to-end AI projects.Strong capacity for learning and applying knowledge in operations.Proficiency in English at an advanced level.What You Will Appreciate
