PMG is looking for a talented AI & Software Engineer III to support the development of Alli. Alli is a cloud-based suite of AI-powered tools for digital marketers. Last year, Alli enabled ad delivery to over 1 billion consumers in 80+ countries for some of the world's most iconic brands. In this role, you will work across one of Alli's key pillars, Actions, Data, or Insights, helping to solve challenging problems and deliver impactful, AI-powered solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams to support the design, development, and implementation of scalable AI-driven solutions that enhance PMG's platform and contribute to delivering cutting-edge marketing solutions.

We are looking for candidates who have experience working with the following technologies: Frontend: React, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML/CSS, REST APIs, Redux Using RESTful APIs to integrate with backend services; Webpack, vite; AI technologies, including OpenAI, Bedrock, Vertex, and LangChain; Git for version control; GitHub, Atlassian, Scrum framework. You'll play a critical role in shaping the future of Alli and PMG's broader technology stack. Your responsibilities will include: Contributing to the design, development, and deployment of innovative, scalable features within Alli. Developing the Alli UI component library, specifically working to meet the needs of user experience and engineers Collaborating closely with our Product and UX team to create beautiful industry-transformative marketing products with intuitive user interfaces. Ensuring that the Front End is responsive, performant, and scalable. Fostering a culture of collaboration by mentoring junior frontend engineers and promoting development best practices. Participating in code reviews and providing fellow frontend engineers critical feedback to ensure high-quality, maintainable code across Alli. Staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies, and advocating for their adoption where beneficial. Pioneering development in state-of-the-art technologies that transform the marketing technology space. Skills & Experience 3+ years developing frontend applications; 2+ years experience working in one or more modern front-end frameworks or libraries such as React, Angular, Vue, Redux or React Router Experience working all stages of projects, including requirements, design, coding, testing, implementation, and support; Experience working with RESTful APIs; Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams; Preferred, not required Interest or familiarity working in the Digital Marketing industry; Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering; Experience developing applications with Monitoring, Build Tools, Version Control, Unit Tests, TDD; Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform; Prior experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs); Experience with Grafana, Docker, AWS, and GCP.
