Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and driven Strategist for Paid Search Advertising to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading client relationships, developing innovative strategies, and optimizing paid search campaigns primarily on Google and Bing platforms. This role demands a proactive and analytical professional who can drive business growth through effective communication, strategic planning, and cutting-edge solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Client Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and clear understanding of objectives and expectations.Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, leading regular meetings, and ensuring consistent, effective communication. Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and business growth.Business Expansion: Identify opportunities to expand client engagements, recommending additional services or strategies that align with client goals and drive revenue.Communication Management: Manage all client communications, ensuring messaging is clear, concise, and aligned with client goals.Opportunity Identification: Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement within client accounts, focusing on maximizing ROI and achieving client objectives.Quality Assurance: Perform quality assurance checks on deployments executed by Analysts, ensuring accuracy, effectiveness, and alignment with strategic goals.Insight Development: Analyze campaign performance data to develop insights that explain outcomes, inform actionable recommendations, and guide strategic adjustments.Roadmap Management: Create and manage rolling 30-day roadmaps for each client, outlining key actions, milestones, and deliverables.Tactic and Feature Innovation: Identify and drive the adoption of new tactics and platform features based on campaign insights and industry trends.Industry Awareness: Stay informed about the latest business and technical changes in the Paid Search landscape, with a focus on Google and Bing platforms. Adapt strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.AI-Based Solutions: Identify and develop new AI-based solutions to enhance our service offerings and deliver cutting-edge strategies for clients. Qualifications: Proven experience in paid search advertising, with a strong understanding of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and related platforms.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead client relationships and meetings.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies.Experience in developing and managing strategic roadmaps for multiple clients.Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and AI developments.Proficiency in using paid search tools and platforms for analysis, reporting, and optimization.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and quality assurance skills.A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: Masters Degree and/or Bachelors + 5 Years Technical & Business ExperienceExperience in AI-based tools and solutions in digital marketing.Familiarity with other digital advertising platforms and channels (e.g., social media advertising, programmatic).Certification in Google Ads or Bing Ads.
