Section 1: Position Summary The AI Strategy Analyst will be a member of Ascensus' Transformation team and work closely with the AI Strategy Leader and Head of Enterprise Transformation. The role will involve AI-related market research and analysis to define a use case framework and AI governance for Ascensus. The role will also require supporting the roll-out of the AI governance and implementation of the use case framework.
Section 2: Job Functions, Essential Duties and Responsibilities Market Research & Analysis Use case ideation: Conduct outside-in (e.g., market research, consulting partners input) and inside-out (e.g., belief interviews) to identify a comprehensive list of use cases.Conduct market research to identify potential external AI use cases.Conduct belief audits with leadership to identify strategic AI opportunities.Gather employee insights to identify AI Use Cases for internal needs.Create a comprehensive list of potential AI Use Cases.Use case prioritization: Develop a use case prioritization framework including sizing, prioritization, and sequencing.Size each use case.Conduct Value vs. Feasibility assessment for Use Case prioritization.Evaluate synergies and refine Use Case Prioritization list.Refine order of prioritized Use Cases considering inputs and constraints.Use case value realization:Define KPIs for monitoring of Use Case development and value delivery.Help scrum team establish baseline for measurement.Support AI governance Support AI Strategy Lead in defining/refining Ascensus AI strategy.Help design, set-up and "run" AI governance, including:Conduct market research to identify "fit-for-purpose" AI governance for Ascensus.Support AI Strategy Lead in setting-up AI governance.Develop materials for governance forums and interactions with the business leaders (e.g., updates to CEO, CFO, Quarterly meetings / QBR).Essential Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for protecting, securing, and proper handling of all confidential data held by Ascensus to ensure against unauthorized access, improper transmission, and/or unapproved disclosure of information that could result in harm to Ascensus or our clients.Our I-Client service philosophy and our Core Values of People Matter, Quality First, and Integrity Always should be visible in your actions on a day-to-day basis showing your support of our organizational culture.Supervision N/ASection 3: Experience, Skills, Knowledge Requirements Bachelor's Degree.3+ years supporting AI Transformation at a top Consulting firm. Application of agile methodologies required.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.Strong working knowledge of ChatGPT (or equivalent) tools.Excellent "speed to output": Strong ability to work in a time-sensitive environment.Exceptional critical thinking skills and metrics-driven mindset.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.For virtual remote positions, we require an uninterrupted workspace during business hours and an internet work speed of 25 Mbps or better.
