Aia Billing Specialist Post Number:

Candidate will research project process, utilizing daily job report, to ensure timely invoicing. Must be able to work quickly and independently. Must be willing to learn the company's procedures in billing and be able to follow the procedures.
Responsibilities AIA Contract Billings Progress Billing Time and Materials Billing Filing Copying Soft Collections on Past Due Research on projects Payment/Invoice Resolutions Inter-company Billing-communicate with other offices and employees as needed for billings Using multiple construction management programs.Minimum Requirements Previous billing experience in construction billings, or equivalent. MUST be familiar with excel and all Office programs. Knowledge of Quickbooks preferred.Advanced Excel Skills, including formulas, spreadsheets, reporting Exceptional attention to detail Exceptional organizational skills Willing to learn new billing procedures and adapt to these procedures.Job Type: Full-time
