Description
Our team is a part of a group within Apple's ML platform organization that enables ML teams to support the ML lifecycle project, such as data engineering, labeling, training, online and offline evaluation, experimentation, and more. Within our group, you will closely collaborate with design, backend infrastructure, ML engineering, and project management teams to brainstorm, prototype, and bring features into production. Our team takes full ownership of both web frontend and backend projects.
Minimum Qualifications Deep knowledge in frontend, backend, and cloud technologies like TypeScript, React, Golang, GraphQL, SQL/NoSQL databases, ElasticSearch, Kafka, AWS, GCP, Azure, K8s, etc.You have a strong and continued record of delivering high-impact projects through partnership across organization boundaries with product, design, and infrastructure teams.You have a minimum of 5 years developing and maintaining rich web applications for data-intensive systems.Bachelor's in Computer Science or in a related field.Preferred Qualifications Good sense of design and passion for UX and developer experience.Ability to clearly and concisely communicate about technical and architectural problems and work with key partners to iteratively solve the problems.Experience in machine learning is a plus but not required.At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $166,600 and $296,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
