Air & Electric Worker

Now hiring Air & Electric workers for a manufacturing company in Kent for 1 st shift. Monday – Thursday 7:00am - 5:00pm
Friday, 5 hour shift.
The Air and Electric worker is responsible for assisting in the manufacturing of liquid tank trailers by installing hydraulics and electrical wiring.
Job Duties: Install wiring and hydraulics to units in production. Detect faulty operation of equipment or defective materials and notify supervisors. Examine work pieces for defects and measure with straightedges or templates to ensure conformance. Lay out, position, align, and secure parts using straightedges, combination squares, calipers, and rulers. Analyze engineering drawings, blueprints, specifications, sketches, work orders, and material safety data sheets to plan layout and assembly. Mark or tag material with proper job number, piece marks, and other identifying marks as required. Position and secure work pieces using hoists, cranes, wire, and banding machines or hand tools. Clean or degrease parts using wire brushes, portable grinders, or chemical baths. Repair products by dismantling, straightening, reshaping, and reassembling parts. Any other duties requested by a supervisor. Requirements: Strong knowledge of electrical wiring and installation. Strong knowledge of hydraulics and installation. Ability to read and interpret drawings and blueprints with accuracy. Ability to read and understand precision measuring instruments. Willingness to work overtime on weekends as required. This job requires lifting up to 50 pounds repeatedly and working at heights up to 15 feet.
Compensation: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour (Weekly Pay)
