Position Summary We are seeking experienced candidates who are excited about developing, executing, and maintaining the training for All-Source Intelligence Analysts (35F) in the U.S. Army. This is an exciting opportunity for successful applicants to apply their military experience to help the U.S. Army Intelligence Center of Excellence accomplish its mission of developing doctrinally founded Military Intelligence professionals.
What You'll Do Your day-to-day activities include, but are not limited to:
Instruct and train personnel from prepared course materialsDevelop requisite training materials, products, and documentationAssist in the process of curricula and Program of Instruction (POI) evolutionAssist in keeping all aspects of course curricula current, relevant and effective according to modern tactics, techniques and procedures (TTPs)Attend a variety of working groups, IPRs, and other meetings when requiredPerform quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) reviews of all products prior to submissionResponsible for all assigned contract deliverables and assignmentsReports directly to Trideum's Expert Trainer and Trideum's Project ManagerTravel may be requiredOther duties as assignedRequirements and Qualifications: Demonstrated experience working on the most recent automation tools-sets and systems applicable to 35F intelligence operationsKnowledge and demonstrated experience with Military Map Reading, Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment (IPoE), Military Symbology, targeting and the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP)Demonstrated experience and ability to prepare and conduct briefings and produce analytical writingPossesses experience operating current automated Intelligence Information Processing SystemsMust have 6 years of MOS operational experience as a 35F, 350F, 350B, 35D (or an equivalent specialty in another branch of service or other U.S. Government agency) conducting all-source intelligence operations in support of authorized intelligence activities as defined by AR 381-10 within the last ten yearsMust have completed one applicable military course (i.e., ALC, SLC, WOBC, WOAC, MIOBC, or MICCC)Knowledge of Army training and training development and experience in developing Army training productsProficient in Microsoft Office Applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS TeamsProficient verbal and written communication skills and familiar with the Army Writing StyleDemonstrated experience maintaining timelines and ability to work with minimal supervisionAble to meet all requirements to be issued a Common Access Card (CAC)Must be a United States CitizenMust possess an Active Secret Security ClearanceDesired Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or collegeInstructor certified (i.e., a Common Faculty Development Instructor Course (CFDIC) or government / military branch equivalent graduate)Six years of experience in the formulation, assessment, and execution of training requirements and alternatives (platform instruction, distance learning, blended training, interactive multimedia instruction)We Take Care of Our People Whether you're looking to launch a new career or grow an existing one, Trideum is the type of company where you can balance great work with great life because we believe that taking care of our people is the right thing to do.
