The Role: PopSockets is seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Advertising Manager to oversee paid media across global marketplaces, specializing in Amazon. This role will primarily focus on 6 key regions: the United States (US), Canada (CAN), United Kingdom (UK), Germany (DE), Japan (JP), and India (IN), as the business grows as will the list of priority regions (and potentially additional marketplaces other than Amazon). The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Amazon Advertising platforms (Search, DSP), an appreciation for fine-tuning advertising to attain target KPIs, and a strong understanding of global e-commerce dynamics. \n Responsibilities:Own and operate advertising portfolios across key regions, setting the strategy and establishing systems to hit KPIs consistently.Build a team of overseas talent to help drive successManage campaign matrix per region to ensure adequate coverage across all products, categories, and targeting tactics.Evolve the global Amazon Advertising strategy; Analyze and understand the unique e-commerce and consumer behavior trends to tailor strategies for each region.Define and track advertising relevancy metrics to assess performance and identify areas for optimization.Maintain strong optimization routine and structure utilizing Skai and bulk optimization sheets to hit weekly and monthly TACoS, ACoS, and revenue targets.Manage global advertising budget, ensuring efficient allocation to maximize ROI while maintaining budget disciplineRegularly use A/B testing and experimentation to improve campaign performance and user engagement.Work with the Product and Marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all advertising touchpointsPartner with the Content team to ensure that product listings and advertising creatives are optimized for performance.Collaborate with regional teams to ensure that Amazon advertising strategies and creatives are aligned with local market conditions and customer preferencesStay up to date with Amazon advertising trends and changes, ensuring PopSockets remains at the forefront of the Amazon marketplace. Requirements:3+ years of experience in Amazon advertising management, with experience in international marketsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Amazon Advertising certifiedProven success managing large-scale, multi-region Amazon advertising campaigns.Strong understanding of Amazon Advertising platforms, including AMS, DSP, Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.Proficiency with Amazon Advertising console and third-party reporting/analytics tools (e.g., Helium 10, DataHawk, etc.).  Familiarity with Skai / Kenshoo preferredExpertise in Microsoft Excel, particularly in managing and extracting insights from large datasets.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisionsTeach and be teachable
