The primary purpose of this Information Representative position is to perform patient and visitor screenings. Impacts department operations and institutional patient satisfaction programs. League City shift 9a-530p Key Functions
Acknowledges and greets patients and visitors and performs health screening.
Accurately provides information and instruction, pertaining to all hospital campus', to patients, visitors and staff.
Maintains a highly professional and positive attitude while dealing with customers and peers and performs multiple tasks as screener, greeter, information desk, in a fast-paced environment.

Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred:Associate degree in Communications or related field. Bilingual in Spanish. Experience
Required:Two years of customer service experience responding to customer inquiries or related experience. Bachelor's degree can be substituted for required experience. Must pass a pre-employment test as required and administered by Human Resources.
Preferred:Healthcare experience
