About the roleAs a Regulatory Affairs Analyst, you will be responsible for managing regulatory documentation, including its elaboration, validation, updates, and storage. You will collaborate closely with the RDA (Regulatory Affairs) and Commercial Teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and support the development and commercialization of new products. Your role will be crucial in maintaining accurate and up-to-date regulatory records, facilitating smooth communication between departments, and ensuring that all regulatory requirements are met efficiently.
Key responsibilitiesParticipate proactively as a team member of project/development teams and provide regulatory compliance support for ingredients, claims, and certifications throughout the development process. Provide regulatory information for new development and innovation.Manage emerging issues and first escalations, acting as the point of contact for internal stakeholders as required.RSA and GBS work closely together to provide a seamless, fast, and consistent response to requests. EUM managers in RSA and GBS have regular meetings for customer needs.Training and onboarding partner for Regulatory colleagues and other functions as required.Review the commercialization process for all relevant labeling and NFP formatting compliance. Perform necessary reviews and approvals for formula changes through Kerry Tracks.Support participation in trade associations where applicable.Proactively partner with EUM on specific customer opportunities.Crisis management and plant support where applicable.Proactively partner with RDA, EUM, and commercial colleagues to support new development and innovation to deliver on our strategic priorities.Partner with internal stakeholders to obtain relevant information to provide regulatory support and interpretation. Collaborate with the Nutrition team on new product development claims, novel ingredients, new regulations, etc., to ensure compliance and inform appropriate marketing communications and customer relationships.Qualifications and skillsRecent graduate or 1 year of experience in the Beverages & Food Industry, Quality Assurance (QA), or Research and Development (RD).Experience in the food and beverage industry, pharmaceutical industry, or flavor & fragrance industry.Individual performer focused on building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.Ability to foresee future possibilities and translate them into breakthrough strategies.Ensures accountability by holding self and others accountable to meet commitments.Drives results by consistently achieving outcomes, even under tough circumstances.Collaborates effectively by building partnerships and working collaboratively to meet shared objectives.Builds effective teams with strong identities that leverage diverse skills and perspectives to achieve common goals.Instills trust by gaining the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity, and authenticity.Demonstrates self-awareness by using feedback and reflection to gain insight into personal strengths and weaknesses.
