(ANSER) is seeking an Analyst/Action Officer (AO) who will provide daily interface and support to government AOs and leadership. In this role you will coordinate schedules and products and assist government staff in managing taskers and requests for information. You will an assist exercise planning staff as needed to support exercise/event development across each phase of the Joint Event Lifecycle (JELC). Day to Day Responsibilities: Support coordination of event schedules across the fiscal year and in the out-years as possible, synchronizing events, as necessary, with ARNG, ANG and NGB offices and CNGB staff, as well as participating Services, Commands, Agencies and State and Federal civilian organizations. Develop and present client coordinated briefings, read-aheads, schedules, and other products. Manage Joint Training Information Management System (JTIMS), Defense Reporting Readiness System (DRRS) and Joint Lessons Learned Information System (JLLIS) inputs on behalf of government staff. Deliver lessons learned to the appropriate Division points of contact. Assist in coordination of exercise development and execution with onsite government and contract AOs to support exercises and seminars to include coordinating subject matter expert and key leadership attendance. Required Qualifications: Active Secret security clearance with ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance. Bachelor's degree. 3 or more years relevant experience supporting higher level headquarter staff. 2 or more years' experience working with Defense Support to Civil Authorities (DSCA), emergency management, and or exercise planning. Demonstrated understanding of disaster response and Defense Support to Civil Authorities (DSCA) exercises and processes. Demonstrated understanding of National Guard or military exercise processes and planning. Preferred Qualifications: Ability to communicate across all levels including senior stakeholders, military headquarters staff providing technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a digestible way. Ability to write briefs, technical documents and other written products detailing information succinctly and efficiently.
