Inter Miami CF is looking for a highly skilled Digital Analyst with strong analytical and quantitative skills to join the Business Intelligence team.
This individual will report into the Manager, Business Intelligence.
The ideal candidate will possess the ability to translate data into actionable insights and communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
This role involves collecting and analyzing data from various sources, such as websites, social media, and online advertising campaigns, to understand fan behavior and market trends.
This individual will be responsible for interacting with various departments within the Club to consolidate & manipulate data from multiple large data sets; to analyze and understand results; and to create reports, presentations and/or dashboards.
They will be able to assist with performance measurement and analysis that inform the Digital teams within the Club.
Requirements
Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Collect, clean, and analyze data from diverse sources including websites, social media platforms, and online advertising campaigns.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key metrics and performance indicators.
Utilize statistical techniques and data analysis tools to interpret data and identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for various stakeholders, including non-technical audiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
Assist in the development of data-driven strategies to enhance product offerings and marketing campaigns.
Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices in data analytics to ensure the company remains competitive.
Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a digital analyst/ social media consultant Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Advanced degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
Demonstrated success in designing, implementing, and optimizing comprehensive social media strategies that drive fan acquisition and engagement across multiple platforms.
This includes content creation and curation expertise, brand messaging, and visual storytelling to enhance brand presence and grow a loyal audience base.
Proven ability to plan, execute, and analyze targeted advertising campaigns to reach specific demographic segments, utilizing tools like Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, and other digital marketing platforms.
Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking performance metrics, such as engagement rates, follower growth, conversion rates, and ROI, and leveraging data insights to continuously refine strategies for improved results.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, R, Python).
Proven experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and social media analytics platforms (Relo metrics, Blinkfire, etc.)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
