We are seeking an experienced Analyst in Business Consultancy to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over 1-3 years of hands-on experience in a strategic and data-driven role. As an integral part of our team, the Analyst will play a key role in supporting the development of client business strategy and marketing/media plans.
ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with internal teams to identify industry, category, consumer and competitor trends and support the development of client business strategy and marketing/media plans.Understand media key performance indicators to help determine and predict sales performance.Conduct media analyses, in collaboration with activation teams, to identify performance trends, recommend optimizations, and uncover larger business implications.Identify competitive and market research opportunities to further client's marketing strategy.Uncover consumer audience insights and provide recommendations for media targeting.Support team where needed.Understand, track, and trend consumer, business, and marketing performance trends.Gather needed information through analysis and determine the root cause of trends/changes to help provide recommendations and formulate an approach to challenges.Extract and analyze performance data with the aim to optimize media and help clients attain acquisition and/or retention goals.Become knowledgeable of Assembly's consultancy projects and products.Minimum Requirements1-3 years of experience in a strategic and data-driven role.Basic knowledge of marketing/media strategy.Knowledgeable of multiple channels is a plus.Knowledge of industry research resources and planning tools.Identifying, sizing opportunity marketing targets.Knowledge of media analytics.Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Ability to translate data into storytelling slides.Ability to manage projects with internal teams.Motivated and intellectually curious.Problem-solving and adaptability.Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.Self-starter who enjoys working with a team and independently.Why Assembly?We care about your growth – we offer competitive salaries, annual compensation reviews, and keep detailed personal development plans to ensure you're hitting your personal and company goals.We recognize and celebrate your success – whether through company meetups, employee recognition programs, or just a regular day, we make sure our people's achievements are known and appreciated.We're truly a people-first organization. Equal OpportunitiesIn order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, we believe the target range of base compensation in all locations within the United States for this role is $65,000 - $75,000 USD. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
