We are well funded by a Fortune 100 institution and actively lending. Position Description: We are currently seeking a Commercial Real Estate Analyst to support our Loan Originations Team. The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in commercial real estate. You will be responsible for determining the eligibility of loan submissions for new investments by analyzing their offering memorandums, personal and tenant financial statements, property operating statements and rent rolls, sales and rent comparables and other market data. Primary Duties : Gather and analyze project finance requirements by conducting primary and secondary research and provide recommendations base on the findings. Conduct Excel analysis of cash flows and rent rolls while creating comparative analysis of various project metrics to industry standards. Help determine loan options and alternatives to the clients according to their requests and project risk limitations. Contact correspondent lenders for any missing documents and request additional information when necessary. Qualifications : Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in underwriting commercial mortgage bridge loans and/or C-PACE assessments for middle market and institutional investors preferred. Ability to understand client goals and objectives, tailoring transactions to meet those goals. Solid understanding of real estate credit and the ability to identify risks and mitigants while evaluating opportunities. Strong analytical skills, detailed oriented and a solid understanding of finance. Outgoing personality with strong presentation skills to effectively communicate diligence requirements to property owners and mortgage bankers. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Advanced Excel skills is a must. Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively within a dynamic environment.
