Analyst Programmer Pango is looking for a talented IT consultant with a minimum of 5 years' experience to join our team. We are looking for a true switch hitter who is as comfortable doing business analysis as they are developing solutions. Analyst Programmers have experience gathering and documenting business requirements, working with stakeholders to clearly understand business processes, and helping customers identify and implement the right software solution. Analyst Programmers are also comfortable developing custom software, creating enterprise integrations, and developing business intelligence solutions. Analyst Programmers work closely with customer stakeholders and IT staff, other contractors, and vendors in commercial and government settings. The Analyst Programmer is conversant in a wide variety of technologies and is comfortable with a variety of development tools. Required skills/experience:Business analysis experience, including:Requirements gathering and documentation.Business process analysis and documentation.Solution identification experience.Demonstrated development experience such as:Back-end development experience using modern technologies.Front-end development experience using JavaScript-based frameworks such as Angular or React.Demonstrated experience with database design, SQL programming, and reporting.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Pangos work hard, think creatively, and relish opportunities to solve complex problems.
