This position will directly support the Vice President of Operations, Central Region providing coordination of administrative functions and supporting projects for the Clinical Operations department. Compiles data, performs data entry and runs reports. This position provides general assistance and support, interfaces with the executive team, Medical Directors, Management and all employees and will assist with special projects. This individual will provide data analysis, program evaluation activities, campus-specific program support, target initiatives within the medical management department. This Project Specialist enables work in these areas to be streamlined, improving efficiency and supporting management.
Responsible for planning, developing, managing, and implementing program specific special projects. This includes gathering requirements for the special project through direct interface with members of various departments, and administration. Assists with time and resource management throughout the development cycle of the special project. Works closely with development teams to plan, perform, and maintain special products. Tracks project deadlines and is accountable to meet all deadlines. Tracks project progress and outcomes of special projects. Provides oral and written presentations as requested to share special projects with other departments and external entities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Reviews and analyzes data across various business units to support business functions, program development and analysis.Produces reports to inform various aspects of evaluation and analytics.Analyzes, reviews, forecasts, and presents information for programmatic, operational, and business planning.Supports and strengthens data infrastructure for regional and departmental use through development of tracking systems and utilizing existing technology platforms and data warehouses of the organization.Assists in developing and implementing effective/strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes.Assists in identifying business information needs, system requirements and KPIs to assist with programmatic, operational, and strategic planning.Identifies pertinent and useful data from a variety of sources throughout the organization.Designs custom reports, as needed.The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $70,304 - $75,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, licensure, skills, and experience.
The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.

Requirements Education and / or Experience: Master's in Applied Mathematics, Biostatistics, Business Administration or other related field highly preferred.Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration or related field required.Minimum two years of work experience in data analytics, project management or similar function.Strong working knowledge of multivariate statistical and machine learning methodologies.Intermediate to advanced skills in finance, operations, and other analytics-related practices.Working knowledge of R, Python, Excel, Access, in addition to basic programming, calculations and formula writing.Experience with SQL database.Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to translate findings to all levels of the organization.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
