The Research Policy Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, edit, and review policy documents, deliverables, and public comments based on industry evidence-based best practices. The Research Policy Analyst must possess exceptional research, analytical, and written and oral communication skills, with a knack for translating complex information into clear, concise, and actionable guidelines. This role requires in-depth knowledge of the state and federal regulatory process, including the Administrative Procedure Act, and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) rules and regulations applicable to Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) and Home and Community Based Services (HCBS).
