Job Description
Analyst – Risk and Insurance will carry out risk identification, monitoring, periodic risk assessment and drive on risk mitigation plans. Oversight over Insurance accounting.
Key responsibilities include: Enterprise Risk Management: Carry out risk assessments for assigned business units / processes.Monitor Key Risk Indicators of identified risks and highlight key changes.Monitor ongoing mitigation plans along with BU SMEs and update the progress.Perform periodic checks on mitigations and their status.Help prepare periodic management reports.Identify early warning indicators.Maintain loss repository and other external alerts & analyze the risk exposure of the group.Secondary research to identify customer risks, macroeconomic, geopolitical risks.Compare peer information and update risk related information on an ongoing basis in order to periodically update internal stakeholders.Prepare risk disclosures for annual filings such as 20F, Annual report, DJSI.Insurance controlling / accounting oversight: Review accurate accounting of all Insurance policies and ensure proper allocation of insurance costs.Budgeting activities for all the Insurance policies and support for BUs for Insurance allocations Budget. Qualifications
Qualifications and education: CA / CMA / CWA / BTech.2 to 5 years of experience.Skills and Attributes: Understanding of Risk Management frameworks.Proven analytical skills required to organize and analyze multiple, complex data sets as well as strong interpersonal and organizational skills.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-energy organization.
