We are seeking a Security Industrial & Compliance Analyst (Senior to Specialist level) in our West Palm Beach, FL office.
This role assists in coordinating and monitoring multiple aspects of the DoD Industrial Security Program and security activities while ensuring compliance with Government and company security policies and procedures.

Job Responsibilities:
- 45% The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge with national industrial security policies and compliance programs.
Supports the Facility Security Officer and Information System Security Manager by performing a variety of industrial security compliance duties to include administering compliance: Classified safeguarding, personnel security, access control, security education and training, receipt and dispatch, and insider threat, and compiling, maintaining, and monitoring statistical reports in support of the department.


- 20% Provides solutions to problems involving unusual complexity.
Provides input to Security department objectives and long-range goals.
Keeps current within area of specialty in support of company objectives and assignments.
Keeps current with Federal and contractual security requirements and trends.
Represents the Security COE as required.
Interacts with internal and external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordinative activity across organizational lines.


- 15% Responsibilities include administering day-to-day security activities, including handling security functions in physical, information, and subcontract security disciplines.


- 10% Program Security: Monitoring and reviewing DD254's (Classified Contract Specification) to insure that they are current and updated Security Classification guidance is on-file and available.


- 5% Assists with conducting investigations to verify information obtained to establish accuracy and authenticity of facts and evidence.


- 5% Performs duties as assigned.


Skills:
- The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge with national industrial security policies and compliance programs.


- Working knowledge of Department of Defense security requirements and UL alarm standards.


- May be required to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance at the appropriate level.


- FSO Program Management for Possessing Facilities certification (or completion within 12 months of assignment).


- Excellent written and oral communication skills.


- Ability to translate complex technical instructions into user-friendly actions and interpersonal skills to effectively interface with all levels of personnel.


- The ability to operate effectively in a team and individual contributor environments.


Desired Qualifications:
- Strong working knowledge of 32 CFR, Part 117 (NISPOM), applicable National Institute of Standards and Technologies (NIST) publications, and other relevant national security policies.


- Familiarity with Risk Management Framework (RMF), DCSA Assessment and Authorization Manual (DAAPM) is a plus.


- Assistant Facility Security Officer (AFSO) and/or Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) experience

- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams to achieve business goals and compliance objectives within established milestones.


Work Environment/Physical Requirements:
- The work environment may require a combination of indoor and outdoor activity (hot, cold, wet, humid conditions) with a varied amount of walking, standing, sitting, climbing (i.e.
ladders, stair, scaffolding, ramps), balance (maintaining body equilibrium to prevent falling when walking, standing, or crouching on narrow, slippery, or erratically moving surfaces), bending, reaching, handling/fingering (seizing, holding, grasping, turning picking, pinching), stooping, kneeling, crouching and ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 pounds.


- While performing the duties of this job, employees may work around variable noise levels or with fume or airborne particles, hazardous chemicals, etc.
requiring the use of personal protective equipment such as face protection (safety glasses, goggles, face shield), foot protection (i.e.
steel toed shoes, rubber boots, etc.
), gloves, hard hat, shop coat and hearing protection.


- Work requires the ability to change into or out of personal protective equipment when entering or exiting manufacturing, laboratory, or other areas.


- Some employees may be required to drive between various locations within the Company facility or between locations.


- Work duties may also be required to work in a standard office setting and to use standard office equipment, including a computer and/or the ability to travel by air or auto.
Ability to distinguish colors may also be necessary.


- This position may be expected to work varying shifts and hours to ensure successful operation of activities in the organization.


Education:
- Requires a Bachelor's degree and 6 years of directly related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.


Requires U.S.
Citizenship.

Must also be able to satisfy federal government requirements for access to government information, and having dual citizenship may preclude you from being able to meet this requirement.
