Senior Intake Analyst Duration: 1+ years Location: Remote/Hybrid | Washington, DC US citizens only | W2 candidates only Active public trust clearance would be preferred. But candidates who are eligible for public trust clearance can also be submitted
As a Senior Intake Analyst in the Discovery and Disclosure group, in the role of a Senior Intake Analyst, you will assist a federal agency with conducting quality assurance processes and procedures including but not limited to the following responsibilities:
Utilize the PA/FOIA processing system to complete all tasks necessary to verify the complete submission of PA/FOIA requests and responsive records. Will verify if requests submitted are complete, exempt, and route them appropriately. Will oversee and quality control data quality processing by Junior Intake analysts. Oversee and report on progress metrics. Provide training and feedback to Junior Intake analysts. Work independently and be accustomed to effectively and efficiently working at a high-performance level with minimal input from program leadership. Support Implementation and Operations Management best practices Perform analysis and diagnosis of client issues Demonstrate a foundational understanding of the client environment and overall project scope Identify and solve problems using analysis, experience, and judgment Work as part of a team and in a team environment that is process-oriented and deadline-driven Use professional oral and written communication skills The Team Transparency, innovation, collaboration, sustainability: these are the hallmark issues shaping Federal government initiatives today. Required: Ability to maintain the required clearance for this role Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Experience/familiarity with following FOIA and PA tools: SecureRelease™ Adobe Pro FOIAXpress FOIAonline Relativity Experience using the following Microsoft Office Suite applications: Access Excel Outlook PowerPoint SharePoint Word Ability to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust tier IV – high risk background investigation security clearance for this role Preferred: One (1) year of previous work experience High School Degree or equivalent (Degree preferred) Experience processing FOIA/PA requests or litigation-related document review requests either at the federal service or equivalent public or private sector Familiar with the nine (9) FOIA exemptions and the nine (9) PA exemptions
