Job Summary: WholesomeCo is searching for an Analytics Manager to join our team and help drive data-informed decision-making across the organization. This role will be responsible for supporting data initiatives, building analytics solutions, and partnering with business leaders to translate data into actionable insights. Key Responsibilities: Create interactive reporting (Excel, BI tools, Domo) to enable leadership teams to efficiently and effectively understand and communicate trends across the organizationIdentify, communicate, and quantify opportunities for leveraging analytics solutions and applying data analyticsOwn data analytics, business intelligence, and associated tools, providing the organization's robust visibility to data analysis through reports, dashboards, and KPIs that yield actionable business insightsEnable all business leaders to drive their business units with data, helping with everything from collection, planning, choosing key performance indicators, etc.Develop, maintain, and present data analysis, business intelligence reports, dashboards, and predictive models to drive business decisions and performance improvements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements, map business processes, streamline collection, and ensure data integrityLead key business metrics analysis, including margin, price, ROI, and forecasting, delivering insights and strategic recommendationsCollaborate with data engineering/analytics engineering teams and other parties to build and maintain data architecture, pipelines, and storage solutionsManage ad hoc data projects, ensuring timely delivery while driving process optimization, promoting data quality, privacy compliance, and continuous improvementOther job duties as requested Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Economics) or equivalent work experience.5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role, preferably within retail, CPG, or similar industries.Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Domo, Tableau, PowerBI) and Excel for complex data analysis.Strong experience with SQL for data extraction and transformation. Familiarity with data architecture and data governance practices is a plus.Working knowledge with an object-oriented programming language is a plusStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to draw meaningful insights from large datasets.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain data findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.Must be 21 years of age or older and able to pass a background check.
