About The Position Are you an experienced, Massachusetts-licensed, board-certified CRNA ready for an exciting new role? We have an amazing opportunity for you to join our dynamic anesthesia team with a well-balanced schedule in Central Massachusetts. This is a 1099 contract position with a premium pay rate, malpractice insurance, and travel & lodging provided. Position Highlights: Schedule: Enjoy 10-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities: Administer anesthesia for a variety of Bread & Butter (B&B) cases. Prioritize patient safety and comfort throughout the surgical journey. Collaborate closely with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals. Flexibility to cover shifts at two different locations. Schedule Options: Preferred: 4-10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday. Alternative: Choose between three 10-hour shifts with either: Consecutive days: Monday – Thursday, or Non-consecutive days: Monday – Tuesday and Thursday – Friday. Flexibility to accommodate surrounding holidays (excluding the holidays themselves). What We're Looking For: Requirements: Active CRNA certification and licensure in Massachusetts. Board certification in anesthesia. Expertise in B&B cases. Adaptability to cover shifts across two locations. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to start within approximately 6-8 weeks for credentialing.
