LHH has partnered with a non-profit on an AP Analyst role in Austin, TX. If you are you looking for a growing role, energetic team, and amazing benefits then this is the role for you! To be considered for this role you will have 3-5 years of high volume full cycle AP experience. The role will be responsible for accounts payable, account reconciliations, journal entries, and assist with other duties and projects as assigned. The AP Specialist role pays $60k-$65k with option of working a hybrid schedule.
Responsibilities:
Handle invoices & purchase orders accordingly and process for payment
Perform statement and account reconciliations
Ensure all payables are handled in a timely manner
Prepare reports on a weekly basis for distribution to leadership
Record journal entries and assist team with month-end duties
Support team with additional projects as needed
Assist with internal and external audits
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. Associate Degree with additional experience will be considered
Solid knowledge of general accounting knowing your debits and credits
Comfortable with a medium to large ERP software platform
Proficient with Microsoft Excel (comfortable with pivot tables & vlookups)
Strong communications skills (written & verbal)
Team player, helpful, and willing to learn
Reliable, dedicated, and organized
Detailed, a problem-solver, and quick to learn
Pay Details:
$60,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
