Accounts Payable Specialist
IMMEDIATE OPENING for experienced Accounts Payable Specialist for our Norwalk client. Pay rate $25 – 28 hr.
Accounts Payable Clerk responsibilities will include: · Enter high volume of invoices into system
· Will process freight and learn inventory
· Review and process credit card statements
· Matching of invoices – domestic, subcontractors

Skill and Experience Requirements for the AP Specialist :
At least 3 years of AP
Strong organization and problem-solving skills
Excellent customer service skills
Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable
High School Diploma or GED required – Accounting degree a strong plus
Knowledge of MS Word, Excel
Ability to enter high volume of invoices – data entry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Pay is $25 - $28 hr – immediate opening – temp with potential for hire opportunity!
Norwalk, CT location - in-office only
Hours – 9am – 5pm with paid lunch – 40 hour work week
