Job Summary: The Applications Analyst is responsible for conguring, testing, implementing and supporting the clinical, nancial, administrative and other healthcare information systems used for the delivery of patient care and other supporting functions of the organization.
Oversees practices and processes to ensure integrity, safety and availability of all data and applications as part of the organization's systems.
Will also be responsible for planning and system development, project management, network application administration.
Key functions include: -Collaborates with key stakeholders, end users and other members of the business teams to optimize system conguration, function and access.
-Evaluates problem tickets and service requests, customer requests for system changes, data retrieval requests, system performance problems and optimization opportunities, and participate in the timely resolution of these activities.
-Independently resolves the most complex, multi-function application errors and other system issues.
-Primary responsibility for the build and maintenance of various system dictionaries, proles, tables and other conguration points.
-Identies system enhancement requests and works with the team to communicate them to the vendor as applicable.
-Tests the system, including any congurations, customizations and new releases, prior to production implementation.
Works with end-users to assist with the design and testing of system reports and communicate changes to end users and other sta as applicable.
-Advanced understanding of how assigned application impacts other systems and works with integra on teams to resolve complex data integra on issues.
-Leads or facilitates system design, validation or remediation sessions.
-Leads large projects and functions as a subject matter expert on complex, cross-functional projects.
Required Skills & Experience: -Minimum ve (5) years' experience with the application, module or equivalent system as assigned.
-Expert knowledge of the assigned application in at least one functional area.
-Ability to mentor junior application analysts.
-2-4 years of experience in Oracle Cloud technologies.
-Proven experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), including integration development, design, and implementation.
-Experience with Oracle ERP, HCM, or SCM modules and integration with third-party applications.
Technical Skills: -Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC): designing, developing, and managing integrations.
-Familiarity with Oracle PaaS, including Process Cloud Service (PCS), API Management, and Oracle SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture).
-Proficiency in SOAP, RESTful APIs, and other web service technologies.
-Knowledge of Oracle Autonomous Database, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and cloud architecture.
-Expertise in configuring and troubleshooting Oracle integrations and understanding middleware technologies.
-Experience with monitoring, error handling, and debugging OIC integrations.
Functional Knowledge: -Strong understanding of business processes related to Oracle ERP (Financials, Supply Chain, HCM, etc.)
and how OIC fits within these processes.
-Experience integrating on-premises systems (e.g., Oracle EBS, PeopleSoft) with cloud applications using OIC.
-Ability to map business requirements to technical integration solutions.
Preferred Skills & Experience: -Two (2) or more years' experience with the application, module or equivalent system as assigned.
-Two (2) or more years' experience working in a Health Care Application Services department, preferably within an acute care environment.
-Procient with Microsoft oce tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project.
