We are looking for an App & Web Analyst to take responsibility for building and maintaining a solid foundation of statistics and insights from the usage of our apps.

To achieve this, we need you – an analyst with a keen eye for data, insights, and solutions to take our app and web analytics to the next level. What you will be doing: You will work closely with our Web Analyst as a sparring partner, contributing to our Personalization journey. The knowledge you gain from app usage plays a significant role in our ongoing personalization efforts, and your insights will shape how the app evolves moving forward. In this role, you will also align the app tracking strategy with our web analytics to ensure a seamless and complete overview of the Digital Direct experience and performance.
Your main stakeholders will include Digital Product, Sales, and Marketing teams. You will work closely with them daily, delivering data and insights that inform decision-making, product development and iteration, as well as sales and marketing activations. Your main responsibilities: Given our extensive range of services and products, you'll need to navigate a large and complex landscape. This means you'll need to be creative, resourceful, and able to tap into multiple resources to gather the data required to understand various aspects of the app's performance.
Manage, document, and evolve our app tracking strategy. Align app tracking with our web tracking for a unified experience. Use data insights to influence the roadmap for app development and marketing activities. Monitor, report, and proactively deliver insights from app usage. Create data-driven artifacts for stakeholders and promote self-service data analytics. Collect data from various sources and align it with app tracking. Who we think you are: We are looking for someone with deep knowledge of app tracking strategies and implementation. You have strong communication skills, particularly in English, as we are a multilingual company. You bring solid experience in data and analytics, and are familiar with tools such as Looker Studio, DW, PBI/Tableau, SQL, and BigQuery/Google Cloud. Additionally, you have experience in Product Analytics and Product Management.
Your skills and qualifications: 2+ years of experience working with app tracking. Experience with Google Analytics and MixPanel. Proven experience working in cross-functional teams.
