Job description

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or Master degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

2-5 years of experience with a focus on Azure data technologies .Net knowledge is desirable .

Proficiency in designing and implementing data solutions using Azure services like Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure SQL Database,MSBI stack (SSIS, SSRS ,Power BI) .

programming skills in languages such as Python, SQL, and PowerShell.Solid understanding of data modeling, data warehousing principles, and ETL processes.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams ,stakeholders and offshore teams
Experience in Agile Methodolgies.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for driving technical innovation and excellence. Ability to work in a dynamic environment and handle expectations from clients.

History of balancing competing priorities with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of business while meeting deadlines.

Ability to learn quickly and get understanding of various healthcare applications across enterprise by working with both onsite and offshore application SME's.

Preferred Qualifications :

Any certifications (e.g., Azure Data Engineer) are a plus.

Healthcare domain knowledge preferred (Claims,Provider,Member ,enrollment, Authorizations, Clinical Care Management etc )
