Troubleshootproductionissuesthroughmonitoringandloganalysis.
AttendregularmeetingwithProject/Developmentteamstodiscussproductionissuesforprioritization,fixesandrelease.
EngageHelpdirectsystemsprojects,includingprojectplanning,managementstatusreporting,systemsspecificationsandimplementation Helpensurecompliancewithallauditrequirementsincludingchangecontrolproceduresanddatasecurity ManageandcoordinatewithonsiteandoffshoreManagedServicesproviderandoffshoreNTpartnerstoSupportapplicationsanddrivecontinuousimprovementefforts.
