We are always looking for exceptional talent to join our inspiring multinational business and right now we are seeking to recruit a passionate and experienced Factored Product Manager to join our dynamic Product Management team. You will play a pivotal role in managing our existing product portfolio and developing new products to meet changing market requirements. This role involves defining product strategies, conducting market research, and supporting the business's revenue and profit targets. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for working with internal and external stakeholders, including R&D, engineering, and sales teams, to ensure that Megger delivers innovative and competitive products to the market. Factored Products are third-party products that complement Megger's core offerings, and you will be instrumental in developing and enhancing these solutions. Key Responsibilities: Drive the development and execution of product strategies for Factored Products. Conduct in-depth market research and generate business cases for new product development. Manage the entire product lifecycle, from inception to launch, ensuring that products meet customer needs and market demands. Collaborate closely with internal teams (R&D, Sales, and Engineering) to develop innovative solutions. Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather insights and understand market trends. Support the business's revenue and profitability goals by maintaining and growing the product portfolio. Mentor and support other members of the Product Management team. Experience, Skills & Qualifications: Degree in Engineering or a related field. Proven experience in Product Management, Technical Sales, or Technical Support within a corporate environment. Strong understanding of electrical power systems, asset condition assessment, and test/measurement principles. Experience in product lifecycle management, developing technical strategies, and writing business cases. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a customer-focused approach. Willingness to travel (UK and international). Proficiency with Product Management software (Aha!, JIRA) and CRM/ERP systems (SAP) is an advantage.
