We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who will be personable, efficient and a team player. Strong administrative skills are essential! Daily duties will include organizing ticket flow, updating clients, completing support tickets and data conversions. The prospective candidate will be organized and possess the ability to communicate with clients via e-mail, telephone, and through the ticketing system.
Key Responsibilities: Reviewing, troubleshooting, and supporting end users and admin support via ticketing systemSystem reviews and best practice advice may be requestedClient requested data conversionsMaintain client service level agreementsReview and maintain client's portfolio in their system of recordImplementing best practice ideas in client systemsReporting ticket counts and repeat issues with clientsCreate and deliver customized training materials and documentationLiaison for both internal and external customersSupport Senior Consultants on projects as neededKey Qualifications: Above average proficiency in a Real Estate Platform (Multifamily, Commercial, Senior housing, and Affordable experience all considered)Previous technical/software support experienceAbility to switch tasks quickly and work with multiple clients and changing deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new software applications quicklyAbility to manage multiple tasks with exceptional attention to detailAbility to be a self-starter and be comfortable with remote workAt least 2 years of property management systems experience required (Yardi, Entrata or RealPage experience preferred)What Altus Group offers: Rewarding performance: We are pleased to be able to provide employees competitive compensation, incentive and bonus plans, and a total rewards package that prioritizes their mental, physical and overall financial health.Growth and development: As a destination for top industry talent, we're investing in you to meet the evolving needs of our clients and deliver on your professional goals.
