This role will support the design of behavioral interventions and provide expertise on experiment design to test and measure impact of interventions. The role will also ensure all behavior change efforts are aligned to the prioritized focus areas defined by the Culture Council and feed learnings into development programs.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the project team and all phases of a behavioral change project with a specific business, function or geographyProvide a deep level of expertise in behavior change, using behavioral science modelsPartner with Human Resource Advisors and business leaders to understand and identify the project requirements and outcomes measuresDirect and oversee relevant literature reviewsPartner with analytics and metrics partners on study designLead the execution of quantitative and qualitative data collection activities, including surveys, interviews, observations and focus groupsDesign interventions to address root cause issues and set-up and run randomized controlled trials to test interventionsIdentify and mitigate project risksBuild strong relationships with and manage key stakeholdersWork with communication partners on communication plans including messaging, timing, audience, and channelsManage many, and sometimes conflicting, perspectives and influencing to ensure alignment of goals and approachAdvocate for and reinforce Citi's culture target state behaviors in both the approach to the work and through the interventions deliveredActive sharing of lessons learned, successful behaviors to scale globally and new external research and trends with the broader teamQualifications:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and preferred post graduate degree in behavioral science, behavioral economics, organizational psychology or related areaStrong professional experience in applied behavioral science or related field preferredStrong consulting skillsExperience managing large, complex culture change projectsStrong analytical thinkingAbility to analyze and interpret dataAbility to quickly establish credibility, build trusting relationships and influence senior stakeholdersHigh tolerance for dealing with ambiguity and on-going change.Able to work in a complex environment with changing priorities------------------------------------------------------Job Family Group:Human Resources------------------------------------------------------Job Family:Talent, Development, Learning & Diversity------------------------------------------------------Time Type:Full time------------------------------------------------------Primary Location:New York New York United States------------------------------------------------------Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:$149,600.00 - $224,400.00In addition to salary, Citi's offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
