As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in our growth by scheduling appointments, engaging with clients, and ensuring a seamless experience for all.


Responsibilities

•Canvass to acquire potential clients to schedule appointments
•Maintain a detailed record of all calls and appointments set
•Follow up with potential clients to confirm appointments and provide necessary information
•Coordinate with the sales team to ensure appointment schedules align with business goals
•Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets

Qualifications

•Minimum of 1-2 years experience in the field of cold calling is required.

•A High School diploma is a must for this role.

•Proficiency in customer/client database management and calendar organization is necessary.

•Ability to work effectively in a team environment is essential.

•Skilled in building rapport, active listening, and handling objections effectively.
