Responsibilities

•Canvass to acquire potential clients to schedule appointments
•Maintain a detailed record of all calls and appointments set
•Follow up with potential clients to confirm appointments and provide necessary information
•Coordinate with the sales team to ensure appointment schedules align with business goals
•Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets

Qualifications

•1-2 years of experience in cold calling
•High school diploma
•Customer/client database and calendar management
•Team player
•Rapport building, active listening, and objection handling
