The Apprenticeship Technician will work on the Labor Compliance Apprenticeship Team to collect, store, maintain and monitor participant and program files. They will coordinate with office and site staff to gather and maintain proper documentation related to apprenticeship compliance. The Apprenticeship Technician will identify best practices and make recommendations on process improvement. They will support and document all apprenticeship program related activities. This role is Denver based with up to 25% travel to on-site locations as needed. PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Track and maintain digital files of apprentice activities and performance. Coordinate with site and office staff to ensure proper documentation is complete and submitted. Monitor documentation and files to ensure compliance with DOL and company policy. Perform data entry in a timely and efficient manner. Support Apprenticeship team. Other Duties as assigned. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Experience with data entry Experience using multiple software platforms to track & manage data and providing accurate reporting Detail oriented, strong task management and organizational skills PREFERRED SKILLS/ABILITIES: Experience working with apprenticeship programs Adept at problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making Strategic, innovative, and forward thinking High level of initiative and self-motivation.
