Aprn - Bradenton Cardiology

ResponsibilitiesThe Nurse Practitioner assists in the care and management of the patients at Bradenton Cardiology, which includes but is not limited to: admission history and physical ongoing assessment, follow-up and intervention, and coordination with the neurologist. Coordinate the daily operational activities required for the patient. Demonstrates Services Excellence at all times and other duties as assigned.
QualificationsCurrent and active FL Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner License that includes prescriptive privileges. Certified by the AANP or the ANCC. Master's degree or greater. Graduate of an ANA accredited School of Nursing. Graduate of Nurse Practitioner program with MS degree. Minimum 3-5 years recent experience working in a neurology practice. Demonstrate clinical expertise and assessment in the management of neurology patients. Proven ability to collaborate effectively, demonstrated effectiveness as a team member and team facilitator. Maintains required continuing education credits per state regulations. BLS and ACLS required. Demonstrates competency in the use of Patient EMR, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word.
