Ar Recovery Representative Ny

Nesco Resource is seeking an Accounts Receivable Recovery Representative to assist our client on a 12-month assignment!
Pay Rate: $21/hr
Schedule: 11am-8pm (Training would be 8-5 for first month)
Type: Contract
Specific Responsibilities: Develops and maintains a basic knowledge of products and services including, but not limited to, Payroll, Human Resource Services, and/or Acquired portfolios. Manages current, past due, and returned receivable inquiries through inbound and outbound phone and email communication from clients and external partners. Mitigates risk and exposure by balancing service and collection effectiveness. Addresses disputes through available resources, using corresponding systems to resolve and collect revenue. Reviews daily payroll holds for timely client contact when past due balances are present. Requirements: High School diploma and a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service, finance, accounting, or payroll required
Consideration may be given to a candidate with a degree in lieu of experience. Strong organization and decision-making skills are required. Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access knowledge is preferred.
