\n Job Description: Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and construction project managers to provide drafting support for facility-related projects, including renovations, maintenance, operations, and office space planningProcess in-house drawing requests to support federal site facility projectsDevelop drawings to be included in contract bid deliverable packagesGather data by visiting buildings/spaces, conducting meetings with users/clients, or through other necessary methods to ensure accurate information for ArchibusUpload and quality-check data in Archibus to ensure accuracy and consistencyCoordinate with the NAVSEA Archibus contractor to align with Warfare Center Archibus rollout requirementsCreate Revit models for Archibus integrationTrack and maintain employee data within ArchibusProvide data in electronic formats such as .dwg, .shp, or ArcGIS Geodatabase as neededMaintain and update the Archibus database and NSWCDD building floor plans Qualifications and Skills: Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology preferredMinimum GPA of 3.05 to 15 years of experience in creating technical drawings and collaborating with engineering teamsStrong team player and motivator with proven ability to foster collaborationPrevious experience in supporting facility operations and maintenanceExpertise required in AutoCAD and Revit softwareExperience with Archibus, Solidworks, and/or ProEngineer (Creo) is a plusFamiliarity with ASME Y14.5 (Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and ASME Y14.100 (Engineering Drawing Practices) standardsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookMust be able to obtain security clearance; active clearance is a plus
