Architectural Drafter

**This position is on-site only.

Description
The candidate will be involved in the schematic design, design development and construction documentation processes. Work will primarily be drafting and 3D modeling for both residential projects and commercial projects including multifamily, hospitality, offices, etc. It is critical that applicants be able to effectively communicate with team members and consultants. Project types and clients mandate short time frames for production, therefore candidates must be able to succeed in a fast-paced office environment. After becoming acquainted with their roles, team members are expected to operate autonomously and efficiently, while also demonstrating assertiveness in seeking clarification when needed.

Qualifications
Minimum five years of architectural office experience preferred.
Advanced AutoCAD proficiency is required.
Intermediate SketchUp proficiency is required.
Minimum associate's degree required (architectural or drafting preferred).
Knowledge of building codes, standards and procedures is a plus.
